The Penticton Flying Club was born on MONTH DAY, YEAR when a group of local pilots united as a non-profit society to promote and encourage flying.
Our club became a member of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association (COPA) in YEAR and was officially renamed "Penticton Flying Club COPA Flight 50".
In 2011 the Penticton Flying Club bought a 1971 Cessna 172L and is available for rent to those members who have met all necessary insurance and club requirements.
Today, the Penticton Flying Club is a non-instructing flying club dedicated to the promotion of aviation. We sponsor educational and social events and involve our members in all of these.
