Pig Roast at the Penticton Airport on Saturday - August 17th, 2013
This year's summer event was a pig roast. Allen and Wendy Tower and Monica did a great job with the pig and the roasting - a hot job! The uncertain weather kept many visiting planes away, but many locals showed up and we could just feed everyone in attendance. About 70 people attended and had a great feast.
 Looking good - and a short time later everything was gone . . . a delicious meal - thanks a lot to all the helpers who made this event possible! |  A short rain shower just before dinner could only dampen the tents and chairs - not the spirit of the people present. |
